Paulina Santoro
Founder and Director of Quantum Dimension
Paulina Santoro is a distinguished Public Administrator and international entrepreneur with extensive experience gained through various professional roles in Chile and abroad. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in International Politics and Governance at Roskilde University in Denmark, which enhances her ability to build strategic alliances in a global environment and understand the complexities of international relations.
Her professional journey spans administrative and strategic roles, where she has led high-impact projects across public, private, and academic sectors. In 2014, Paulina founded her first company in Chile, which remains active and focuses on the sale of cognitive development vitamins, reflecting her commitment to health and science.
One of her early roles was in a law firm, where she managed significant projects with the National Assets Office, sparking her interest in entrepreneurial ventures, particularly those related to sustainability and environmental responsibility. Later, while working at the Provincial Government in the Department of Immigration, Paulina closely supported migrants, gaining an understanding of their challenges and the importance of building bridges between cultures to foster adaptation and success in a new country.
During her professional internship at a parliamentary office, Paulina worked directly with a Senator, gaining deep insight into legislative processes and honing her negotiation skills. This experience prepared her for strategic roles, such as her work at an engineering consultancy, where she oversaw public infrastructure projects focused on roadworks, working closely with the Fiscal Inspector and understanding the critical importance of effective oversight and accountability.
Her transition into the fields of science and research marked a pivotal moment in her career. As an academic assistant to a renowned neuroscientist and managerial assistant in a related company, Paulina expanded her knowledge in translational medicine and scientific research. These experiences enriched her perspective and sparked her interest in science, particularly in the field of quantum physics, which she has been passionate about for years. The name of her company, Quantum Dimension, was inspired by her fascination with quantum physics and its application to various fields of knowledge.
Paulina was also awarded an exchange scholarship, which allowed her to complete part of her studies in Spain, providing her with the opportunity to immerse herself in a new European culture and further enrich her international perspective. This additional cultural enrichment strengthens her ability to understand and connect different realities, contributing to her global and strategic vision.
Furthermore, her international experience in countries like Australia and the United States has allowed her to integrate the best practices of foreign cultures and markets into her business vision. This multicultural background, combined with her current education in International Politics, provides her with a deep understanding of global markets and unique skills to connect people and businesses from different parts of the world.
All of these experiences converge in Quantum Dimension, a company founded with the mission of building bridges between Europe and Latin America, fostering high-impact projects in renewable energy, scientific innovation, and cultural education. Paulina leads this initiative with determination, supported by her extensive career, her ability to identify strategic opportunities, and her expertise in leading multidisciplinary teams.
Paulina’s clear vision, experience, and strong international networks are the foundations that ensure not only her personal success but also the ongoing success of Quantum Dimension. Her dedication, commitment to sustainability, and ability to create a positive global impact make her an exceptional leader and a champion of change.
